Single Member District 3C09 represents the heart of Cleveland Park and some of its most iconic locations, reaching from just beyond Connecticut Avenue in the East to Wisconsin Avenue in the West.
It is bracketed on the East and West by dense residential buildings, both historic and modern.
The broad middle of the district is home to two expanses of nature: The Tregaron Conservancy, thick with wildlife, and The Rosedale Conservancy.
Lining the East-West streets and tucked in the side streets are the century-old single family homes for which the neighborhood is famous.
Smack in the center of the district is John Eaton Elementary school and Macomb Playground.
The soon to be rebuilt Cleveland Park Library, the most trafficked branch in the DCPL system, is also in the district.
